This report summarizes our efforts in enhancing the GoodDollar community throughout the four weeks of our second month, highlighting our achievements and outlining our plans for July.
Our team has been tirelessly working to improve the GoodDollar platform, grow our community, and promote financial inclusion. We are delighted to share with you the progress we have made and our vision for the future;
Week Four Report;
1. Community Engagement and Growth 🌱
We have continued to engage with our communities throughout our fourth week, by reminding them of our ongoing initiatives such as the GoodDollar Academy Module 3 on revolutionary world of Bitcoin and Cryptocurrencies, Community Chat Event on Cryptocurrencies, and their potential for societal transformation. These initiatives have kept our communities active and engaged, fostering a sense of community and education.
**-**To further strengthen community engagement, we organized an Ask Me Anything (AMA) session where some of the community members asked questions, provide feedback, and suggest improvements to our initiatives.
-Additionally**,** we conducted our first Spend With GoodDollar Event, which offered our community members the opportunity to exchange 1000 G$ for $0.3 of airtime. The event was well received, with few community members participating and enjoying a seamless transaction experience through the Good Wallet.
The event was ****restricted to few countries due to some barriers but as this is just the beginning, we will continue updating the event to make it inclusive for all.
-We're thrilled to report an increase of 127 new members to the main community channel, bringing the total number of members to 11,414 from the initial count of the month. On this aspect, we will subsequently ****remain focus on ensuring an increase in active engagement within these community members. We observed that the community growth should not only be in terms of an increase in numbers but an increase in active engagements.
In the coming month, we will continue to strive for active engagement ****and growth within the community, considering community suggestions for improvement via our Community Suggestions Form.
